happy easter...

We're enjoying our first Easter Sunday with Sydney. We went to church, and she was so good. She seemed to enjoy the music and the friends that stopped by to say hello. She is starting to get to know our small group (bible study group we meet with each Friday) and seems to enjoy being passed around to each of them. They're our family away from family :) It was neat to think of this being her first easter...even though she has no idea what it is, it made me excited for years to come of celebrating with her. Not only the cute dresses, easter bunnies, and candy (which are all fun, and she had all but the candy this year) but for her to get to know Jesus as her Lord like Josh and I have. It made me excited for her to one day praise the Lord along side us.

She did have a cute dress to celebrate in too. And thanks to her Aunt Holly and Uncle Shaun, she had an Easter bunny...which she loves by the way. Seriously, any time she can get ahold of it, it goes straight to her mouth. Don't beleive me, watch the video :) And the pic below is of her after she fell asleep with it in her arms...too cute! Well enjoy the video and new pictures. We're getting really excited to see family next week!!!!
