happy 6 months...

Sydney is 6 months old today. She is growing and changing and becoming more fun each day. She has started to get the hang of sitting up on her own, she's getting up on her knees ready to crawl (and sometimes even her feet!), she's eating and sleeping like a champ, and starting to discover her voice a bit more. She has been an absolute blessing to our lives and it has been so cool to see how her precious smile and joyful spirit blesses those that cross her path. She's pretty special.
So here's to you Sydney Elizabeth...happy 6 months....

I know, I've been a slacker in the updated pics of Sydney department. We've been so busy I feel like I've barely taken any :( So, here are some new pics of the lovely miss Sydney....

what we've been up to...

Busy doesn't seem to fully describe our lives at the moment. We've been working non-stop on the house, just completed a successful yard sale today, and I started back to work this week. Needless to say, we're both very tired. On top of that we didn't have a working computer all week so I apologize for lack of returned emails and no recent pics of Syd. So, I thought I'd post some pictures and videos of Sydney and a new pic of the nearly finished house.

P.S. Happy 6th Anniversary to Josh and I tomorrow...yippee! Sydney is going to go hang out with her friend Elisa (and Elisa's parents, Greg & Carolyn) for a few hours tomorrow night while we go on a date :)

Happiest birthday wishes to my Grandma Betty. I would say how old she is, but she might find out that I posted that on the internet and then, well...she'd be pretty angry. But let's just say she's older than John McCain, but younger than the state of Arizona. We love you Grandma/Gigi!!
